Non refund of security deposit

M/s Basundhra Properties (P) Ltd, New Delhi, were appointed as maintenance agency by M/s Parsvnathnath Developers Ltd for their residential project "Parsvnath Majestic" Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Before handing over the flat no. T-1/707 A we were forced to pay security deposit of Rs 20, 000/- in 2007 to the maintenance agency. The agency opted to discontinue providing maintenance services in 2009. I have paid each and every bill raised by the agency and have no outstanding amount against me. However, M/s BPPL have not returned my security deposit amount of Rs 20, 000/- till date.
