Non refund of security deposit of Rs 20, 000

I am owner of an apartment in Parsvnath Majestic Floors, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, having no. T-1/707 A. At the time of possession I made a payment of Rs 20, 000/- towards security deposit to the maintenance agency i.e.M/s Basundhra Properties Pvt Ltd. I have duly paid each and every bills raised by the agency in respect of maintenance and electricity. The agency has left the premises about five -six months ago as a new service provider has been brought by the society. The agency has not refunded back my security money till date.
