Sir,

last year jul a booked a 2BHK flat at kensignton park apartments, sector-133, Noida, UP

Even after paying around 40% of the cost of the 2BHK flat.

Jaypee infratech is not providing papers related to approval of the detailed building plan.

At the same time asking for another installment (start of excavation work) failing to do so they have threatened to impose 18% interest.

I am enable to get loan from the my dept without approval of building plan.

(a) what are the options with me?

(b) Can they built building without approval of building plan from Noida authorities?

(c) What are my rights?

(d) whom can i approach? (Jaypee is not responding to my mails .)
