Non completion of project

These M - Tech builders had taken an advance from me stating that they are going to launch the M- Tech heights. They also promised that that the building will be finished in 2010.Unfortunately the project is where it stands today nothing has happened and the builder seems to have cheated with the customers. People should not buy from these builders again.
