Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I Akhilesh Kumar, booked a flat in your project BPTP PARK ARENA, situated in Sector-80, Faridabad, Unit No: C-204 Super Area : 1, 382 Square ft Booking Date: 06.09.2010 (House No-96, FF, RPS Colony, Ambedkar Nagar, Sector-3 Khanpur, New Delhi -110062). Now I would like to inform you about the cheating & forgery for personal gain done by Ashok Chandwani Proprietor- A.C. Associates operating under the address C-201, 1st Floor, Parsvnath Manhattan Mall, 20-A, Mathura Road, Faridabad, Haryana; against the booking of my flat.

I booked my flat through Ashok Chandwani and there was a mutual agreement of dealer discount of 4 percent. Later I came to know that the booking I provided to Ashok chandwani was forwarded internally to MODERN BUILTECH PVT LTD. He used my fake signature to forward the booking to MODERN BUILTECH PVT LTD. Thus there was a betrayal of trust from Ashok chandwani, I have not received any dealer discount at any point in time from anyone. This is absolutely against professional ethics and even is enforceable at law (UNDER IPC SECTION: 420, 467, 468, and 471)

I have enclosed all details of my booking.

I would hence request a stern action against both the dealers. Their actions directly or on directly are bringing bad reputation to BPTP. There are many more similar cases of fraudulent practices which are easily available on Google search.
