Possession of my Hermes Drome, Flat No 303 F wing In Viman Naga

Since you are the regulating body of All Pune Building Contractors Association, I would like to inform that Mr. Raju Mutha of Mutha Developers and I had signed an agreement stating that I brought a flat which was under construction at the above given address and it will be hand over by May with a grace period of three months, of which he has not kept up his deal till date.

I am shelling out money as rent for last 3 years. Paid a huge amount to buy a flat and then paying money on rent does it make any sense, is it fair enough on his part? I wrote many letters to him send many emails, but of no use nor he replied my letter and email

The building is ready, but because of OC (Occupancy Certificate) not received he has not hand over the flat to me.

On asking for hand over he wants me to give him a letter, which I think is not a right practice. As per agreement he must give me a letter to do final payment and hand over the flat keys to me.

Sir, I request you to look into this matter and do a fair justice to me. Consider the amount I am paying has rent every month and amount of stress I am going through.

I am sure sir that you are a man of justice and you will take this matter seriously and come to a conclusion.
