The Builder through his security personnel physically stops legal tenant from occupying the leased flat

I own a flat in SHIVALAYA building in the N.L.Complex. There are long-standing multiple disputes between the Builder and flat owners regarding maintenance charges and other promissed services and court cases are on between the builder and the flat owners. Recently, I had leagally leased out my flat to a person who had come from Ahmedabad to take up his new assignment in Mumbai. He had occupied the flat and during the week-end (August - 1st week) he was moving his household belongings to the flat when the Builder's security personnel, under instructions from him, physically prevented access to the tenant to shift his household belongings into the leased flat and threatended him and his family members to vacate the flat immediately. Since I was out of Mumbai I could not intervene and seek appropriate help to enable my tenant to occupy the leased flat. Though some of the other flat owners in the building tried to intervene, the Builder's security personnel did not listen and insisted on the physical threat. I just reached Mumbai yesterday and would like to get help, support and guidance in dealing with this high-handed action of the Builder.
