Builder is playing with resident of Neelam Height:

# Builder switched off all light of staircase during night hours. Also there is no emergency lights in building, This allow all illelement to eneter into building and also ladies, children who come late from office, tution etc feel very great difficulty.

# Against the will of all resident builder has set illegal tower of Vodafone in exchange of huge bribe and rent from Vodafone.

# Builder had promised to build society. It os pending since 2.5 yr.

Please look into the matter and help.
