PROPERTY CASE

DEAR SIR / MADAM,

I am son of G vidyadharan residing at BLD NO 3 (1960), FLAT NO 29. MATUNGA LABOUR CAMP.MUMBAI 19. I am mailing this letter after every effort of our's in saving our alone home. my father brought a house in 1994, he did not transfer the ownership on his name. incidently redevelopment plan came and we were shifted to BKC, where we were given a MAHADA room to stay until the construction gets over. due to inconvinience we did not go to stay there. after some years some muslim family claiming that a agent has rented our room to them were stayin there. we had made ample of efforts to flee away the family there to get our flat. 3 years back the buliding was ready. but we did not get our room. my father was a average salaried worker, we do not have any belonging in the city other than this house. now my father is old, handicapped and retired. we had tried a lot in complainig to mahda office, police stations. we are still wandering in a belif that we will get it. all ask money.. the police, the builder, mahda authorities... PLEASE HELP US...
