Sir,

I bought a Flat A-103, Devnandan Desire, Opp Motera Lake, B/h Sangath Silver, Motera, Ahmedabad. from Neelkanth Corporation, Ahmedabad (2nd party, First Party was Mr Manoj). As per original contract agreement between the two parties, Builder (Neelkanth Corporation) was bound to give equal parking place to all his members of A type building. All the members of A type bulding got the Parking Place except me. Some of the members got even two parking palces. Builder has provided parking to one members by making the shed between flate no A-103 and Flat No 104 which is illigal and unhealthy for these two flats.

I am requesting you to kindly allow me to get the proper parking place through you and remove the illigal parking shed between the two Flats.
