Delay to flat possession

I have booked Flat in project of Neptune developers (Sawaraj complex in Ambivali) Bldg. No. 9A

above projects planned date was June But till date same premises in under constriction (constriction work not completed)

i already paid all installments up to till date.

i make loan from DHFL. from last year (April) and i pay interest of same loan to DHFL Per month Rs.1400 to 2000. and i am living in rental room

now i meet to builder office but they said more 8 to 10 months wait for possession
