Improper Rent

Dear Sir,

I am currently living at Powai Lake Palace. That flat is having 3 bed rooms. Each bed room has accommodation of 3 person. Except me each one paying Rs.5500/- per month as rent. They are charging Rs.6000/- from me per month. This I came to know while I am paying first month rent.

At the time of joining I asked them to give smoke free room where I can get non-smokers.

They told no one smokes here but it is false scope they have given knowingly.

So next month itself I asked them to shift to next room where 2 person from my company working and non-smokers. Those two guys have joined later to me and paying Rs.5500/- each.

Now 3 months gone but they are neither shifting me to that smoke free room nor reducing the rent.

This month the rent collector and care taker boy came and threatening me if I am not paying rent he will throw my belongings out.

Hope some one will look into this and help me.
