Very unprofessional and shoddy work

Guys, please DONT EVER EVER buy an apartment in Niranjan Central or any Niranjan Developers' constructed buildings. The builder is extremely hard to get hold of once you make the payment and the construction is very shoddy and disappointing considering you paying to buy the apartment. He had promised to get a gym and the pool set up but nothing has happened till date and its been over 3 years now.
