I have booked my home in June. They have told me that they will be giving pocession by Jan.

Till now they have not done the registration of my appartment. They dont have any APPROVALS till 15 floors. They have approvals for Just 7 floors.

They are fooling us. I have sold my home and i stay in Rent. Many are fooled.

Now they are telling that they will give pocession by JAN. Which is injustice. Since REGISTRATION has not been done.By default banks dont give LOANS. My LOAN SANCTION LETTER IS ALREADY GIVEN TO THE BUILDER. Now they are asking to pay the intrest of the amount.

People please help me... what should i do. am homeless now.

NOBODY SHOULD BOOK YOU HOME IN NIRMAL LIFESTYLE CITY KALYAN. they are the bigger frauds.
