Very slow construction

I Sunil babaji gorde has booked flat on 25/04/10 in building

ADITI NIRMAN, 'D’ wing Flat No. 101Neral

At the time of booking we had pay you 35 % (420000/-) & as per builders demand letter completion of 80% work we pay him 80 % amount also in time.

After 29th July I was visited this project three times there I found no progress at site in last 12 months. Even not a single responsible person available at site to give answers to the customers

At the time of booking I was expecting my flat possession by Dec.

Now I have one query that as per your target when can I expect to get the possession of my flat?
