Nishita's Properties
Not returning the booking amount

I had booked an apartment with Nishita's properties at their Belandur project Shiri Pristine.

Later I came to know that builder has booked the same apartment with someone else and even sale agreement was done. The builder didn't inform me about that development.

When I came to know, I wanted my booking amount back and it has been more than a month since the builder has not returned the money.
