NIRMITI Developers are Fraud

NIRMITI Developer (Owned by Puranik and Pandit) is a fraud construction company. We had our plot in Pune. This Puranik so called Nitin and Sunil Puranik, troubled my family members to purchase our land at a very low cost as they wanted to develop a shopping mall. These Puraniks have illegal connections with the mafia or so called Bhai Log / Gundas in Pune. We had also launched a police complaint against Puranik. Nitin Puranik had also fooled my friend in Mumbai. He had taken some lakh rupees for a row house. But my friend did not get the row house. I really do not understand how people like Arun Pandit, Sunil Puranik & Nitin Puranik do business in Pune. These 3 IDIOTS should be dragged out of Pune and should not be allowed to do any construction in Pune. It is my WARNING to ALL of YOU, NOT TO TAKE ANY PROJECT / FLAT or get involved in any kind of business with the NIRMITI DEVELOPERS.
