Delayed Flat possession

Respected sir, I have booked the flat with M/s. Aditya Associates, Tilaknagar, Chembur, Mumbai during year 2006. The payment for booking & as per construction progress has been paid to builder as per agreemnet. The possession was to be given by June as per registered agreement papers. However the building construction is under hold & reasons being given as no permission/clearance from MHADA/BMC. There are almost more than 30 persons like this in this redevlopement project. Most of the people have made full down payment also. However there is no progress on construction as well as no firm committment from bulder so far.

Please help in this regards.
