Amount not refunded

I have booked a flat 403. Florentine, Aditya Heights Imperial in January and I was told I can cancel my booking before the loan is processed and my booking amount would be refunded. I gave my refund application in April and Mr. Sai Naidu telling me that I will get my refund within weeks. It has already been 7 months but I have not received my refund. Kindly help.
