Cheating Company

Aditya Foundation, a well established builders took up a project to build a 7 storey apartment on august. We booked 2 apartments to the builder and paid almost 20% of the overall cost for building both apartments. But the project was never started and its been almost 2 years and the money is not returned. This is the state of almost most of the customers who booked a house with this company. Several Complaints were registered against the company, however the owner/builder is not arrested or enquired by police yet. The builder/ Owner, Sampath Raj has taken anticipatory bail and his presence is unknown. There is no response from the company regarding the money and its been confirmed that the project has been dropped.
