Non conduct of audit and AGM for last 6 yrs
Conduct of AGM and Audit details

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am staying at in my apartment for the last 16 yrs. And from the last 6 yrs, there has not been any AGM or the audit report for the building submitted by the secretary or the chairman. And now they are not even ready to have audit conducted for the last 6 yrs. A new committee has been formed, but even they are not ready to take up any tasks as the accounts are not clear, there is a whole lot of fishy things happening here. The earlier secretary has resigned now, but still has the signature authority with her as her resignation was not accepted. kindly advise on the problem, also kindly comment if these things need legal adivse.
