NR Projects has in the past delivered on promise and to the utmost satisfaction of its clients. In fact they have delivered more than what they had promised. I am suprised that the complaintant has said what he has said.

The Project SwarnaGarbha is not in the public domain at all and is not being marketed as such. It is a project envisarged by individuals who have come together to buy a piece of land and construct flats for themselves so as to procure a flat at a reasonable cost. NR Project is to execute the project. It is a Project of only 84 Flats and the cost is appox 10 crores. The project is being funded by the stake holders themselves. The project is to be completed in Two and a half years that is by Dec. The Design and approvals and monitoring of the project has been entrusted to Professional Architects by the stake holders themselves. The architects themselves being one of the stake Holders.

All the stake holders are either long standing clients or friends and relatives of Mr. Raja. No stake holder is allowed to market the project or offer the same for sale or transfer etc in the public domain. Only Mr. Raja is allowed to make an offer By Invitation to his personal friends and relatives (or the friends and relatives of the stakeholders) who may be allowed to join only with the approval of the rest of the stake holders.

It is understood that the complaint is motivated and should the complaintant have any issues and or missgivings he may be advised to to talk to Mr. Raja for redressal of the same
