In Every aggrement time taking One Month Brokage Money

Dear Sir

I have complain regarding the Brokage charge taken by most of the Broker in Panel, Because of them it is deficult to leave in New Panvel. Mr. Sanjay Kulwade One estate Agent Every year raiseing the Rent, why the Owner will say anything if he will get money, U just think that for! BHK Flat we are paying 4500/- Rs. & at the time of every 11 months Aggreement renewal we are paying one month rest as the brokage money to him, & other agent are not taking the same they are taking the brokage amount only Once but he is taking again & again, This is not only the problem They are Increasing the Rent amount after every new aggrement that too more then 15%. There must be some fixed persent for increasing the Rent amount after Every month or every 2 months. So that the person know that these are the expenditure he has to face. There must be the Aggrement for 2 years so that we will pay the fixed rent for 2 years. after that if they increase the Rent amount by Rs 500/- this will not create any burden to the person leanving in Rent in Panvel.

Please take serious action so that the People coming from different state should not suffer with this type of Problem.

Problem are

1) The Brokers are increasing the Rent amount every year. there must be increase in Rent amount afetr every 2 or 3 years.

2) Mr Sanjay is taking Brokage amount every year which he schould not take, Only once he can take at the time of 1st aggrement, After that he is forcing to leave the flat even though the person is ready for 2nd aggrement as per condition he forced only because we are not paying him the brokage after Once.

3) After Getting the his commision he never solving any customers problem & even never hears the problems.

I suggessions is that there must not be any Brokage between the ower & Customer ther must be direct talk between them.

Also there is one broker showing the visiting card of Chota Rajan for blackmailing after taking the money in the name of Flat.
