Non-return of 1 lakh rupees cheque against problem in delivering land& home

We had booked 2nd home at Murbad from one square foot company located at Thane.

We had decided to go ahead with the N.A. plot & home developed from them. We had given them the cheques of 1 lakh each at different interval. The owner of the company had promised us the home by 1st week of july.

But after having lot of followup with the company not a single pillar eas built at our site.

We also found out that the progress was not happening overall at any plots all over.

Subsequently we had discussion with the owner & decided not to goahead with the project. The owner also returned us 1 cheque of 1 lakh rupees after long followup. But the other cheque of 1 lakh is still pending at his end.

He has been giving lot of reasons to delay the delivery of cheque.

Now the owner is not even picking up the phone.

We require help in getting back the cheque immediately
