Orange constructions and Infrastructure
Refud of my booking amount of Rs 289947

I had booked a flat in Orange Constructions and infrastructure on dated 06/01 by paying booked amount of Rs 2, 89, 947/-.

I have made a complaint in CCB on dated 29/12 at about 3pm, they have not provided me any acknowledgement.

And they have refused to lodge an FIR.

I have looked into the other complaints lodged by some other victims, and found that, we need to get a file number from CCB and then with 5 copies of documents we need to lodge an FIR at Rammurthy nagar police station, and submit a copy of the same at CCB.

So pls suggest me and help me to proceed further so that i will be able to get my booked amount back.

Pls i am waiting for your reply at the earliest since i will be leaving to delhi by next two days, so that i can complete if any formalities to be done in bangalore.
