Sir I had booked a flat at orange premium in I had paid Rs 2, 00, 000/- as Advance amount, I was promised an monthly rental of Rs 7500/-. After two months the cheques bounced and the company office is closed. We have booked a complaint with the CCB Bangalore We were promised 50% refund in Sep 2009 but recieved a DD of Rs 40, 000/- News about further refund is awaited and no help from any quarter of the state administration is available.
