Hi,

It is interesting to see that even in this age of slowing down real estate sales, companies like Agarwal Associates (http://www.agarwalassociatesgroup.com) resort to such third class tactics so as to cheat and loot their customers. It is a completely fraud company. My property was delayed by them and rather than paying compensation they took extra money from me, threatening that they will cancel the booking. They are working as fearless builders and do whatever you want they will work in the way they want.

Cutting the long story short, whosoever is reading this just do things mentioned below before buying any property from them:

- Talk to the existing customers

- Pathetic construction quality in all their projects

- Seapage, lie on the carpet area, extra maintenance charges while maintenance actually is ZERO

- Check the facebook page against this builder at (jaago_re_builder_@aditya_mega_city) search for this

This builder is rated as one of the worst builders/developers in the NCR region. Having met the families who are stuck with this builder with their lifelong savings, it feels really sad. It is run by 2 brothers and their mother. They have ZERO value in what they promise. They will say anything and everything while selling a property and later on ask for undue charges.

The builder has several cases pending against it and has been covered by various newspapers and news channels. They have become so shameless that even if you threaten them with a case, it will not impact them.
