Cheating in booking flat in Orris Aster Court, Sec-51, Gurgaon

I booked a flat in Orris Aster Court, Sec-85, Gurgaon through agent iTrust & Investor Clinic. I had requested them to allot non-plc unit. We signed the application form & paid the initial booking amount. They alloted a flat in their project. The allotment letter just talks abt the unit alloted & no payment plan.

They kept demanding 2-3 installment of payment. And we kept paying without signing the agreement paper. Now they have sent an agreement paper (after paying approx 1/4 amt) which included PLC charges. They have even not provided breakup of charges. And saying verbally that it is for 3rd floor & park facing... There is no proposed park in front of my unit, its simply road with some green area. When I was booking, I had option to go for proper park facing unit if at all I have to pay PLC. I am feeling cheated. Pls suggest what can be done in this case.../Dinesh - 9899301461
