Not given what promised also worst construction

Hi, This is kalpesh, i have a taken a flat in oshodhara residency in godrej hill, kalyan . i have booked in then the project looked discent to me, then i interact with rajesh one of sales person in there office, i pay all dues all in time, but due to some promblems i was unable to pay possesion and club charges, but that time still my building was under construction, but this builder never send me letter or notice or any intimation that i will be charged 24% per month, even i was having good relation with rajesh, but rightly said this builders are all fraud u never have to trust them, even i met rajesh many times but he never intimate me about interests, after that when i got money i went to pay then they said about the interest, my original value was 1, 25000 but after interest he said it was 300000, i was surprised, but any how i bargained them to 2, 40000 still paying them extra 100000 also he asked for 30000 for solar which was never mentioned in project, but i paid that and took possesion letter, now after getting i asked rajesh about all amenities he said that i will get all, and i am bound to get all, after all i have paid them 1, 25000 extra, still he promised me inverter and everytime he gave me all excuses and now it has been 3 years still i have not received any inverter, this oshodhara builders are fraud, they always take money from customers and dont deliver what they promised even there construction is worst, after some time you will find leakage in there constructioni appeal to all of them who visited there project or taken homes in there new project to think agaain, as i and many of my building people suffered i dont want anybody to suffer, all oshodhara builders, rajesh, bunty all are frauds, chors, never deal with them or any project of oshodhara builders, beware of this dacooots...
