I purchased 1200 sq ft flat at 1, Shamsul Huda Road, kolkata 700 017 paying ist instalment onJ january.in all I paid Rs 10, 20, 000/= in instalments. The vendor Mrs. Roshan Ara and her son in law and developer Moazzam Jawed aka Guddu has not handed over the flat to me after I furnished it with my own money. My letter to KMC has not yeilded any result so far. Even my letter under RTI [complain no.103019 dt 08.02.2010 has had no response.
