Cheating & asked to sign in plainpape

Sir/Madam,

I joined the policy in PACL India ltd. i paid the installments for 2 years, unexpectally i could not able to continue the policy till the completion of perid given. After the completion, the matured period came after that i asked the manager to cancel my policy and return my cash benefits. The Branch manager told me sign on the empty receipt paper given by them. what receipt say means you are collecting the cash benefits on so and so date with the DDNO. I asked why should i sign on the revenue stamp in the plain paper these are rules are maintained in our company if u sign means u will get the cash benefits replies given by the branch manager. I dont know what to do where to contact?

Finally i going to Court for legal action against that company??? or to complaint in Local Police station??
