One of the Very Worst Builder in Chennai

Palace homes, Madipakkam, Chennai. They are one of the very worst cheating builder in Chennai. There motive is always getting the money from customer by giving wrong commitments like materials used, additional work charges are less & handover the flat ontime. But they never keep up the promise & didn't handover the flat ontime what they have commited during the registration. I never get updates on stage of completion of work. I was always to be run behind them for getting the updates. They will contact me only to get the payment. For any additional works like provisioning of extra switch point, Extra water pipe, Inverter provisioning for that they charged me double the market price & they didn't even negotiate the price. I was very much disappointed with the builder. My best suggestion is please don't goto Palace homes & wherever you go be very clear about the materials used, additional work charges, handover dates etc.
