Refund of Money with interest

I had booked their villa in Faridabad in Sec-89 in Feb. For the initial 2 years they were asking for more and more money without doing any work. I had paid them once more after initial booking but when I came to know about the status of work, I refused to pay them. Till date no concrete progress has been made so I need my money back with interest.
