I and my brother booked two flats in PAL Greens project at Sector 78, Faridabad in Nov.

After getting the allotment done in May there is no progress at the site and we have paid many visits to their office for our confirmation but no satisfactory answer from their side.

After launching two projects in Faridabad in they have launched 4-5 projects in Gurgaon, Bhiwadi, Rewari but i am sure that at all these sites, no development has taken place.

I am surprised how Govt allows them to release such big advertisements in the newspapers when they don't have any basic criteria to be a builder.

Pl suggest how to come out of the problem. Do we have a govt body who takes care of such complaints.

I am sure there are many more builders who have cheated people like us.
