Palladium Homes Dhanori Pune
Flat Possesion

Hii All,

I posting this complaint about the Palladium Homes project in dhanori pune. I booked my flat in Aug and the builder promised to give possesion in Mar but till date i didn't receive my flat possesion. In mar they told to wait till Jun, then they said to wait till oct then dec now they say feb. I am just fedup of all this and don know what to do. I am paying the rent and emi simultaniously, please let me know if i can take any action against the builder. All others who have boked their flats in this society lets unite and talk to builder otherwise i dont think he is going to this this seriously.
