Continued delay in Palm Island 7 project with Royal Palms, Mumbai

Hi All,

I booked a 1BHK flat in Palm Island 7 project with Royal Palms in Nov. The possession date was Mar but still they are in no mood to give the possession (today 4th April). I am thinking of filing a case against them in the consumer court in next few days. I need help from other customers of the same or nearby project to make a strong case.
