Cancellation of Booking Refund

Dear Sir/Madam

I have booked 1 Shop 208 Sqft 2nd Floor in Panchsheel Greens project devloped by Panchsheel Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. Sector 63, Noida i have give 2 Cheques Rs. 1 Lac, . & Rs. 3 Lacs. & they give me 2 Receipts Rs. 1 Lac & 3 Lacs but due some funds problem i have canceled the shop. we will give all original receipt self avifidavit and NOC form the dealer (Pritevee). they promise me you will collect the refund cheque after 1 month but till date after 3 months my refund not come.

Kindly help in this regard.
