False Promises / Pathetic water supply

We have been staying in Panvelkar Green City for close to 2 years now. During the booking formalities, we were told that 24 hours water supply would be available. In fact, for a few months in start, water was available for 24 hours but then availability became irregular.

To our utter dismay, as and when more people started living in the complex, scarcity of water increased even more. We have sent many requests, applications to the builders but all our request are un-heard of. Even repeated meeting with them have not resulted in anything but false promises. The builder is not at all concerned about the welfare of the residents. All he did is to mint money from us by showing false promises. As of now, water is available only for 20 minutes in a day that too early morning.

Such a reckless behaviour is not expected from someone of the calibre of Mr. Panvelkar. I strongly urge prospective buyers not to be fooled with the sweet talks of Panvelkar Green City officials and see the truth before making a purchase.
