Hi Sir,

Please guide me, I have booked a flat in Noida from a Investor Group (Brooker). I have booked a flat in a project and decide to booked a flat and completed the form for a particular flat in a particular tower. But when i have got my receipt of my amount. It was mentioned different flat no and tower no as well.

I have a photocopy of booking form of that intestor group with the seal and copy of receipt as well.

Please guide me in that case what legal actions. I can taken against them as they have booked a different flat in a different tower.
