No Maintenance

Dear Sir,

Their is a problem of maintenance, which we already mailed to Mr Rushab many times, owner of Parshwanath realty pvt ltd. As per below mail, but till date we are facing many problems, you can assumed our problem with below mail, till date they are not handover-ed the society to flat owner and now they are not giving any service related to maintenance so we are requesting you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible... thanking you.

Dear Sir,

I am the resident of Parshwanath Royal Residency Flat NO. 'A' 207. I want to state some problems which we are facing in our day to day life.

At the time of purchasing this flat i got the following assurance from your side which i want to specify for you.

Overview:

Features:

24 Hours water supply with society’s own bore well

Percolating well

Well landscaped gardens, children play area with play station

Surfaced internal roads with streetlights

Specially decorated gates on both the sides of main road

Asphalt Road

Ample parking space for two & four wheelers

Beautiful landscape

Day & night security services

Construction as per new specification

Now i specify the problems which are as follow :-

Once in every month there is problem in bore well and we don't get the water supply before 2-3 days and there is no one to answer.

Landscaped garden looks likes bushes because no one trim them on regular basis.

Surfaced Internal Roads as well as Asphalt Road after the gas pipe line construction there is no maintenance what you get to see is all digged up road.

Day and night security service where security guards get replaced every week, with no records of anyone entering in the premises.

There is no sweeper from 15 days in the society to collect garbage as well as sweep the societies so called Asphalt Road.

Not a single person from your side to give proper reply to us. Only one word we are listen from your staff that is " HUM KYA KARE"

These errors are putting us in a difficult situation; it doesn’t give any royal feeling residing in Royal Residency instead it feels as we are leaving in a municipal building.

So kindly make some emergency step to solve the above problems.

please make up the shortfall immediately and ensure us that such errors will not happen again.
