Parsvnath Planet Lucknow is in a state of mess, I have paid for a flat in the year 2007 expecting to get the possession in Aug It is sad to see my hard earned money go down the drain as in the last 3 years I have not seen a brick being laid where my flat is supposed to be, to fool the public they have some work being done in 1-2 towers but most of the flats/buildings are lying in a state of mess for the last 3 years, whenever contacted the company employees do not have a definite response, can we expect some intervention from the concerned ministries/offices?? the project has hard earned money of hundreds of people, has any legal action been initiated against the company?
