Dealy in Possession of city cetnre bhiwadi

I have booked a flat at city centre bhiwadi in Jan 08. While booking we have been told that possission woudl be given in dec 08 since structure was already ready. Based on company commitments I have taken a loan. Now till today there is no sign of any construction work. I am pauing huge inerest for my loan for last 3 years and already have a loss of Rs.10 alc. I have contacted variou tiem to senior officer of the developers but no remidy. We are servcie class and now in major trouble. We though this builder is reupted but its look like they are cheater. Hope you would escalted this to appropraite level and arrange to return my money.
