Builder has duped the investors, has cheated by not even building anyhting on the proposed resdential project, no signs of completion of project in another 3 years as of the current state as of Mar. It started construction in constructed a floor or two and stopped construction after its been 2012 and no signs of resuming construction.

This is not a delay in the project, this a fraud on company part.

We want money back from the company with dealyed and interest and damage charges for the agony undergone all this time.
