Delay in construction

Hello,

I have booked a flat in Parsvnath's Palacia project in Greater Noida in May. I took the downpayment plan and have already paid 90% of the cost in the first month of booking. We were promised that the flat would be ready for possession by May. However it is Jun and still there has been hardly any construction at the site.

Every time that I call the builder they give me false assurances of construction beginning next month and every time nothing happens.

We have been paying huge EMIs to the bank since then and there have been absolutely no returns on it. I think we have been cheated by the builder and they do not seem to have any inention of completing the project at all.

Can the builder please provide clear dates and in writing when they will start the construction and when they will hand over possession of the flat? Failing to do so, can they return the entire amount invested by me alongwith interest?
