Apartment not deleved after 2 years

I bought a flat from Pathak Developers Pvt. Ltd. The agreement was entered on 8-Aug. With the proposed completion date in the agreement as Dec.

The payment was to be done on completion of each phase. I have done 85% payment till date.

It is completed till plastering and partial flooring (Plumbing, electrical work, common areas yet to be done)

Now the apartment is delayed and on asking every time they say that it will be delivered next month.

Now they are telling that it will be done by July. But there is no work going on at the site.

They have other projects also which they have completed.

There is no clause in agreement about compensation. And when i asked also they told they will not give any compensation. I am giving interest for the loan which i took and also the rent for the place where i am staying.

Please guide me on what can be done next.
