Fail in construction of the building as well as not returning the advance money

Hello Sir/Madam,

My name is Biswajit Paul. Purchased land from Payal developers (Owner Name: Ganesh Ghosh) in the month of July. And since I was in hurry to make my building so I was looking for a builder for my project. Ganesh Ghosh (Owner: Payal Developers) came to me and ask me to give him the job of making my house. He asked me to do the advance of 4Lakh. I do the same in the month of August. But till now they dint handover my land as well as they dint started the construction yet. When I asked to return my money they switched off there phones or try to give some stupid reasons. After spending 2 months I am able to got 2Lakh from him. But now he is not attending my calls. I am in lots of pressure and some time think to die. Please help me in this otherwise I had left only two options. I will die or I will kill.
