Advance amount not returned by PG owne

I had given an advance amount of Rs 2000 to a PG owner Mrs Neetu Arora at C-50, Sector 27, Noida mentioning that i will join PG in 1 to 2 weeks time, however she insisted to join in a week.after few days i realised that she started taking advantage of my situation.since she had money in hand, she declared that she has started counting my stay from the date of payment, which was never mentioned at the time of payment. Eventually i got the negative feedback from girls staying in PG.So i decided to stay in the PG for a month and then move on as i had already paid an advance.she refused on this saying that she dont prefer girls staying for short duration at her PG and refused to return the amount.i suggested her to deduct some amount but she dint agree on that too.
