Possesion Of Nirmal Chhaya

Received a shocking letter from Nirmal Chhaya Towers, few days back, letter dated 14th March signed by co official on 19th March and the letter says u have to pay maintenance charges taking possession or Feb whichever is earlier, how can they do so, completely unable to understand.

How can a letter dated 14th March can ask us to pay from back date

Apart from that they have charged undue interest amount, at time of asking money they were so unproffessional and now charging interest for their own faults disgusting

Furtehr they have charged excessive charges as Electricity & fire Fighting, yes in their allotment letter it was mentioned that that will be extra but never ever an estimated amount was given, and now we have to arrange this hefty amount and also this is not the end they will ask for more money as per their will whenever they require

Disappointed & felling cheated, Dont know what to do

My advise PLEASE PLEASE do not buy any property of Pearls Group they are a FRAUD company truly unproffessional, never revert on any letter or mail and this is not only my case, they are doing the same with every buye
