I bought a villa at kerala for which in the formal agrement after specifying all the charges, one clause was added in vague by the buider "additional expenses, construction tax etc to be incurred by the purchaser (ie me)". In fact, during the time of signing the agrement, the clause thought as irrevelent. post constructiojn of villa, when the builder approached me for the final payment, which is not specified in the agrement, but it included construction tax (3.5% of construction cost), additional expenses etc made me embrassed.

So my advice to everone is when concluding formal agrements of construction etc, make it cl;arified from the second party what all are the amounts i we should pay to obtain the final possession.
