No facilities, only pain

Mr. Raj Kumar Shrivastav runs a PG in Jayanagar 3rd block Bangalore. He promises all the facilities initially. But once the advance is paid, he makes the PG a living hell.

His demands are:

1) Pay extra if laptop/PC in room.

2) No heaters/iron boxes in the room.

3) PGs have to carry hot water for bathing from the ground floor to 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor everyday.

4) Wash the plates that you have your food in or else he charges for washing the plates, if you want something extra (like vegetable, chapati, rice) he charges extra. Limited food for 5 star prizes.

5) Very rude
